Bergmann is a dry German gin infused with physalis, goji berry and yerba mate.

This energetic gin offers a delightful yet subtle sweetness due to the extraordinary blend of botanicals used. It's a refreshing drink, smooth and well balanced in flavour, and can be enjoyed in a multitude of serves.

We recommend pairing the Bergmann with a good quality Indian tonic and garnish with lemon, lime or berries such as blackberry or raspberry. It can also be savoured neat over a large chunk of ice.

Serving Suggestions

Our recommend serves for maximum enjoyment of this gin:
In a G&T, choose a plain tonic and garnish with berries to bring out the natural sweet flavours of the gin. We love it with blackberries and strawberries. Another garnish that works great is a slice of fresh lime.
If you fancy a cocktail, this gin works superbly in a Bramble or a classic Collins.

BERGMANN'S STORY

Bergmann takes its inspiration from the miners that kept us going for centuries - in German, "miner" translates to "Bergmann".
Standing strong with pickaxe in hand. Cutting, blasting, carving into the land a chapter in history. Working in these dangerous conditions extracting the black gold from the seam. Tunnelling deeper underground in hope that they once more see the sight of the sunlight against the headgear. Our miners ensured we had fires in our hearths and energy to drive our industry. Bergmann gin is an ode to the rich mining heritage shared by the Ruhr Valley and the North East of England.
